  • Distributed Artificial Intelligence (DAI) 2019 is to provide an international forum for exchanging ideas and information on current studies, challenges, research results, system developments, and practical experiences in these emerging fields. It currently attracts many participants, including the best talent in industry and academia. The conference will foster collaboration and bridge the academic- commercial gap in the general AI, multi-agent systems, distributed learning, computational game theory.

We now encourage prospective workshop organizers to submit proposals for highly interactive workshops (either full-day or half-day) focusing on either in-depth analysis or broad-ranging approaches to exchange cutting edge research ideas in distributed artificial intelligence research, development and practice. Those workshops will complement the main DAI 2019 conference. The workshops will be held one day before the main DAI 2019 conference, i.e. Oct 13, 2019.

Workshop proposals are reviewed based on the quality of the proposal, its relation to the main DAI 2019 topics, and the likelihood to attract enough participants as well as the hosting capacity of the venue.

Accepted workshop papers will also be published in the DAI 2019 workshop proceedings, together with the main DAI 2019 proceedings. All the workshop papers should be limited to no more than 6 pages, with 1 additional page containing only bibliographic references. Authors may use as many pages of appendices (after the bibliography) as they wish, but reviewers are not required to read these. And organizers are not allowed to submit their own papers to their workshops.

Workshop proposals should be submitted by email to the workshop chair Yang Gao (gaoy@nju.edu.cn).
